Our athletics training program is designed to develop speed, stamina, strength, and technical performance for students and competitive athletes. Led by a national-level athlete with over 10 years of experience, the training focuses on building strong fundamentals in track and field events.
The program is suitable for beginners, school-level athletes, and advanced competitors preparing for district, state, and national championships. Each session includes structured warm-ups, performance drills, and event-specific techniques to improve overall athletic ability.
Special focus is given to advanced events like Pole Vault and Decathlon, helping athletes improve power, endurance, and multi-event performance through scientifically planned training sessions.
